The Firm Partners have been part of:

• Drafting Oman National Data Strategy: The Partner participated in a competitive tender and was appointed successfuly to draft Oman’s national data strategy for National Centre of Statistics and Information’s (NCSI) E-Census project.
• National Addressing Law: The Partner was selected with her team through a competitive tender to draft Oman’s national addressing law for Oman National Spatial and Infrastructure Project under NCSI.
• Personal Data Protection Law: The Partner was selected with her team through a competitive tender to draft and advise on the Oman Personal Data Protection Law.

In Dubai,

the Firm has advising a number of start Tech and E-commerce companies on Data Privacy and Strategy.  The Firms assisted: 

• Mentaa Technologies, which is an e-commerce platform for mentors and learners.
• Digital Value Stream, an e-commerce platform for fractional CTOs.

in reviewing the Terms & Conditions and privacy policy under the UAE Federal Law No (45) of 2021 Concerning the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
